Super cute and fits my 20-mo-old well. Dries quickly--the only thing is that it is not super breathable so it does make her head quite hot when she's wearing it and not in the water.

I bought this for my 7 month old daughter. Her head is approx. 17.5 inches around. It fits her a little loose, but if you tie the tie around the back of her head it fits snug enough not to come off. She seems to like it and I get lots of compliments on it. Very happy with my purchase.
