Even is a great product with a very low price, it haves the issue of the battery. You have to charge it for at leats 10 hours so it works for about 40-50 min. It's easy to clean and works fine. In my case i got a very thin hair, and even is difficult to catch it, it works great. Putting aside the problem with the charge, is a very great product for a low price.

The battery life of the Epilator is not good..After charging for around 6 hours it works for only 10 mins !Also it is not recommended to keep it charging while using it and the battery drains faster than it is being charged.Definitely not a good choice

hurts and doesn't remove hair, just breaks off most of it

The groomer barely cuts and the epilator doesn't pull the hair out only breaking it after going over the same spot over and over. The product I had received had tiny hairs and felt waxy and sticky where the shaver head and device connect.

the battery it less very few time and after a couple usings died, it doesn't charge any more.and the small one cuts really bad and takes way too long time to use it

This thing wasn't great to start with as either an epilator or shaver, but got even worse when I tried to charge it. It just won't charge. I plug it in and the plug doesn't seem to go all the way in and if I shove it in, the light over the word "charge" doesn't go on. Not sure if it's supposed to or not as it goes on when you turn the shaver on. Either way, it won't charge for more than a few seconds use. Wish I had saved the packaging so I could send it back!
