I have noticed a difference - skin is tighter
I am aging and need something to tighten my neck area up. The formula is fine for my sensitive skin (it's VERY sensitive and I am super fair-skinned) and the rollers help work the lotion into the skin. There is a very light, minimal scent and a little goes a long way. My neck feels moisturized after use. It's not sticky for me, either.

Applicator broke easily so quickly
The applicator broke so easily and I don't see an option to replace it since it's past the return window. I'm not sure if I see any results yet, it's still too soon.

Long lasting and firming
I have a long neck with deep wrinkles, especially when my skin is dry, and this cream did improve my neck's appearance! It did not irritate my sensitive skin and it noticeably reduced the wrinkle lines. It is very hydrating but not greasy. It is also fun to apply - the rollers are stimulating and they don't pull your skin like your fingers would. The twist-top feature to lock the lotion in the bottle is smart.
