This item is what I'm looking for and it seems to be well made, sturdy with sharp knoves. After wash I used it on some pork chops. It works beautifully without having to use much pressure. I will update after I have tried it on several kinds of meats.

So Easy to Use Great Results! I used it on boneless chicken breast then rolled them in flour then egg back in flour and fried them then did the same with bisquick and baked both were very good
