well worth it
Having seen a lot of youtube videos on oil pulling i was really sceptical. But i have suffered with sensitive teeth and gum bleeding for years. So i thought i would give oil pulling a try.

Potent ingredients, best avoided
This stuff is STRONG. I swished for ten minutes, and it left my tongue feeling completely numb, not dissimilar to a post-dentist feeling. Scary. Whatever oils they're using are potent - too much for me in any case. My bottle's gone straight in the bin!

Dry mouth
I did not like this . It tastes horrible and after using my mouth was so dry I had no saliva. It was dry all day even after fluids.
