Great for reducing DOMS and tastes good, too!
I recently started indoor cycling for cardio and have ramped up my training with greatly increased resistances. Before I was using just the Goku Gains pre-workout from Furious Formulations, but a group of cyclists I'm a part of recommended using BCAAs to avoid making the rest of my day between workouts a slow burn of complaining legs. Curious, I made the switch and I am SO GLAD I DID.The post-ride and next-morning soreness was completely dusted and gone. I tempered my excitement, just in case this was a placebo effect or something my body would get accustomed to having. I kept drinking it during my rides for two weeks now at the same pace and I still haven't screamed "Noooo, don't make me move out of this bed!" at my alarm clock. Best After-Workout Product!
This is by far the best product I've used to help my body recover after a workout. I take one scoop of this and dont feel sore the next day.Buying this product also allows me to support Furious Pete. Tastes Like Candy!
With it being a lemon flavor, I was expecting it to be a bit sour or tasting like lemonade. There is a little bit of a sour taste to it, but it is also sweet, and the flavor is more like lemon candy than lemonade. I was hoping that it would taste good, but it ended up tasting GREAT! I'm definitely going to get more of this flavor!
