Good protein / carb ratio
I didn’t like this at first as the texture is not great, the ‘chocolate’ favour isn’t really there and it’s far too sweet but I make it with kefir and frozen berries rather than just water which helps a lot. I would prefer it if it was made with Stevia and had a stronger chocolate flavour.
