Most bucket hats are too small for me, and have too narrow a brim to be of much protection from sun. These Gelante hats, in L/XL, are different. The hat fits me well, and it has a wider brim than others I've bought. When new, the hat was just a bit too big. Not a problem. I washed and dried the hat, and the fit is now perfect. FYI, my head measures 23". Nice cotton material is not too heavy, not too light, and it sure seems well made. Great price. Huge selection of colors. Highly recommended (in L/XL) for larger skulls like mine.

I love these simple, well-made bucket hats. They pack perfectly, they sit well on my head, they are not expensive but they are beautifully sewn and stand up to wear and packing. I had two from several years ago and just bought a red and a putty one for more diversity this summer. Really great hats.

Just as described. I love it. I’ve been wearing it since I received it. I even have matching shoes.

In the photo, it appears to be a light purple, almost a lavender color. It was darker than I expected. But not so dark that I don't love it. It's not lavender but it's still a pretty shade of Purple! But other than that I love it! It fits my head well, and let me tell you, I have a large head! It's perfect for camping and hikes!

Pleased with this purchase. I bought the large sz before and it was too big. Got the med sz and it fits really good and I like the way it looks. It provides good sun protection and it is light weight and comfortable on.

While it was a great color - it was a tad too small - for me (female aged 70), so I gave it to my granddaughter….

I have a fairly big head, so finding a decent hat is difficult. The gray hat fits well but the tan one is too tight but I’m am stuck with it because I need to hold onto the one that fits. In hindsight, I would’ve ordered several individual hats in order to return the ones that didn’t fit

I love these hats! The description and pictures are spot on. I would say the fit is average. I do have a small head so thats why I would say the overall fit is normal. The hats brim is not too small or not to large so it really helps with blocking the sun. The cotton material also makes it very breathable.

The media could not be loaded.  Made of cotton , stitching bad , no overlock on open cut febric , white stripe is not cotton , so it is not 100 percent cotton , delivery was good .
