This is my first time coming across a practice set like this. What a neat concept. You get 24 different peices that are perfectly sized for handling. They are pre-cut making them nice and uniform. This set gives you the ability to practice many different techniques. Perfect for a beginner and you end up with a neat little project at the end. For the inexpensive price you can't beat it!

These welding coupons are a fun way to practice welding and end up some fun pieces afterwards instead of chucks on welding on metal. The sheets are pre laser cut and with a little work separates. Then clean them down and weld away. Enjoyed working on my welding skill with them!

These practice pieces are laser cut, so the edges are clean, and provide a fair amount of material to work with, so I can practice my welding techniques on a type of material used professionally. I hope to do a lot of practice on my joints and just improve on my dexterityIs, in general, and these practice coupons will help me do that. The metal is very thick and all the pieces are uniform, so I can actually gauge my performance as I improve, hopefully. That's the point at least. These are excellent coupons, not at all what they look like on the product page, but that's fine for me since I'm only using the practice. Photos of the actual product are always appreciated.

I’m teaching myself to weld. These are great for that purpose and not super expensive. Fun projects.

This testing/training kit is outstanding. It makes teaching someone to weld fun. Plus, they get to take something home that they can show off. Granted, it will take more practice for competency, but this is a fun way to gain that experience.These come in a cut sheet. They are reasonably easy to remove or break apart, but I definitely recommend the proper PPE. The edges can be very sharp, so do wear your gloves. I made sure to run these across a belt sander, but anything that can break the edge and remove any slag from the cutting process would work.

These are great for practicing your welding skills. I haven't welded in a long time. I sucked once I tried again. Getting the timing right and making sure my puddle was correct took a little to get back into the swing of. These were great to get me started again. By the time I had the last of them I was back up to my normal skill level of "Not that bad". Either way they are simple to use and are fun too.
