There is nothing special about these headsets
First I would like to say you have to take them apart and put them back together which took me a good 15 minutes. I imagine this would be a huge issue for people with less hand strength then myself. They are no better and probably less well constructed then the one I received from my medical supply store. I have decided that the best option for me is to make my own. Perhaps I will have a more successful design. As this design does not stay in place through the night and I have to wear additional headbands to hold it in place.
