This book I kinda misjudged how quickly ld read it and how much I’d enjoy it. This book might even make me say I prefer hockey romances over football romances. Especially if the MMC is Russian 😍 Moyo Solnyshko⁠ and Malyshka⁠ get me every time. 🥰 I loved how this book was formatted on Kindle it made understanding what was said in Russian so much easier and enjoyable. I think so many people get too lost in wanting and hoping for the perfect love or the perfect partner/ someone. I don’t want that I want a partner that pushes me to want better for myself. I want them to help me see that I deserve a life and I’m capable of having a life where I’m happy and loved. I want an imperfect love vs. a perfect one. That’s what Nevaeh and Roman have. Even though there were a lot of frustrating moments between them, their love was 10/10 and my favorite. I love my broken boy so much. Thank you for making this book so painful to put down. I had to read this book in two days because I had to know what happened next. You’ll never find a dull moment in this book I promise. I just want to say I don’t like you Travis and uckptoo to all the other bad characters. After reading this book I definitely want a Roman 😍😏❤️

I couldn’t put this down!Neveah and Roman were everything!!! Their chemistry was perfection. The way they helped each other was so beautiful! He may have been reclutant to open up but that didn’t stop him for growing feelings for her and to fall in love with her. I love when the MC thinks he’s too broken to love someone but then finds the right person who changes everything. Even for Neveaeh, Roman was exactly what she didn’t knew she needed and together they created such a beautiful and magical love story…I really recommend picking this up if you like sport romance (especially Hockey romance), Accidental marriage, She falls first but he falls harder.If I haven’t convinced you yet I’m sure now I will:HE SPEAKS RUSSIAN!!! So run to get your copy, you won’t regret it.❤️

I absolutely loved this book!! Nevaeh and Roman accidentally get married in Vegas while drunk they decide to stay married so that Roman who is a professional hockey player doesn’t get bad press during the hockey season. Both characters have some trauma that they are working through and both struggle with accepting love / loving themselves. I loved how both of the main characters had different demons they were fighting but were able to help each other out.I love stories where the main characters not only find love but learn to accept love I think it’s so heart warming. Nevaeh and Roman are one of those meant to be couples that also help each other be better people. I love both of them so much! If you like accidental marriage, right person right time, and hockey romances then you will love Breakaway!

I was instantly hooked. It was emotional and heart wrenching, swoony and spicy. The character development was on point and loved the chemistry between Roman and Nevaeh.At one point I felt tiny bit bad for Travis, until I didn’t…I really enjoyed everything about this book!

This book is amazing. I love Roman’s and Nevaeh’s story. This book hit me in all the feels. By the time I reached the last chapter I was crying. I loved every part of their story.

I feel like I’ve been waiting forever for Roman and Neveah’s story and it did not disappoint.Knowing that Roman was very much a broken boy, I expected him to be a super grump, to be very one layered until Neveah opened him up. But he wasn’t like that, even though he was a broken boy and that was shown, he was still funny and teasing, he still had those light hearted moments that made him feel a little bit more real. It just made the moments when he broke a little more devastating.Also he was a biker boy, I think I need some art of them on his bike. For scientific reasons obviously.Neveah was a sweetie, she was much further along in her healing process in some areas, but still just as broken which I also wasn’t expecting. Everything she did she did with kindness, including breaking up with her ex (which maybe she was a little too kind about.)I did genuinely feel sorry for Travis to begin with until I didn’t.Angie was such a good friend to Neveah and I loved her appearances with Drake. As well as Colt and Ava’s and Clay and Layla.Roman’s mum was an utter sweetie. Although she was on the other side of the world to Roman she still held him together in his time of need.Clay being the one to give Roman the confidence to get him to make a move, knowing he’s struggling with his own love life. All the feels. I can’t wait for Clay and Layla’s story, the little sneak peak at them at the end had me smiling like a mad man.I loved this story, it was full of healing and love. Their communication with each other was so good, even when they had the typical 3rd act argument they gave each other time to cool down and then talked like adults.It was so perfect.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“He’s a little broken, a little bit distant… but nevertheless, he’s the man I can’t stop thinking about.”

4.5 🌟It's always a pleasure to read stories written by Ana, and it looks like I have found my favourite couple in her Sinners on the ice series.We had a chance to briefly meet Nevaeh and Roman in the previous book, and it was clear that they both felt an unexpected pull towards each other. Unfortunately, or maybe, fortunately, when their paths crossed, Nev was in a steady relationship, so neither of them tried to explore this sudden attraction.Months after their first encounter, we find Nevaeh struggling to navigate in her current love situation. She lost her spark, and after finding an engagement ring in her boyfriend's drawer, she decided to end her relationship because of fear of being stuck in a loveless marriage.Now there is Roman, a broody, Russian speaking, hot hockey player who fights his own demons. Grief caused by his brothers death slowly eating him up day by day. He doesn't believe he deserves happiness.What a pair, right? The fate definitely had bigger plans for them because I don't think neither of them expected to wake up one morning after a drunken night in Vegas to discover they are married. To try not to cause drama in Romans' career, they've both decided to stay married.The process isn't as easy as it seems.  Their personalities will clash on more than one occasion, and Romans' mood swings and mixed singles are not helping either. Yet against all odds, they slowly start to open up to each other.Seeing Roman trusting his "Malyshka" was heartwarming. He can be such a grump, yet there is that soft spot reserved just for Nev.They will face obstacles on their way to happiness, but when you meet the right person at the right time, no obstacle can stop the fate.

Oh Roman, grumpy to all, but not to his wifey!Neveah was pure sunshine, an absolute ray of sweetness, despite the horrors of her past.Roman and Neveah had such a pure and unending love and support for each other, they way they cared for each other, was just so damn heart-meltingly cute.I really believe that through their issues, albeit a little different, they truly connected with each other. Although at different stages in their way of dealing with it, they were what they needed to move on and finally have the happiness they deserve.I knew their story would be epic, and it totally lived up to the hype!

Wow this book made my heart melt in the best way possible, two broken souls finding that solace in each other and breaking down the walls bit by bit I loved it couldn’t put this book down absolutely love it ❤️
