Kanga asks Tigger to babysit Roo while she steps out to plan a surprise for Roo. Trouble is, Roo sees himself as a big boy who doesn't need a babysitter and should be able to do what / go where he wants. While Tigger is distracted one moment, Roo sneaks out, later getting lost in the woods. Tigger comes to his rescue, but even back at home Roo challenges the rules. Tigger has an impressive amount of patience with him though, and eventually they find common ground. Super sweet ending!
