This little jar sealer is a game-changer! I was initially skeptical after reading a few negative reviews about it not working, and my first attempt did fail. For sealing mason jars it works easily & perfectly. I’m storing my rice, flour, sugar, etc in airtight mason jars & this is so easy to use. Good value.

This vacuum seals mason jars perfectly. Buy the Ball lids, though, or you will have failures. I use and reuse the Ball lids daily, as I use jars for fresh-cut onions, cheeses, crackers, trail mix, salsa, dried fruit, etc. It all stays much fresher than using plastic containers.

It works perfectly. But it does not shut off after it’s done. It just keeps going and going and you have to turn it off

So today I made a gallon of soup of course the pot was too big to fit in the fridge so I busted out my wide Mouth Jars and ended up with four quarts. Easily fit in the fridge with no issue. It took me a total of 10 minutes from start to refrigerated. Now I can give them as gifts and keep one for myself.

It’s a satisfying small kitchen utility that you’ll soon wonder how you did without for so long. No more bugs in your flour (even once is one too many). I use it for produce in the refrigerator and it doubles or triples the lifespan of it. I picked up 1 for each of my kids and for my sister who lives in Florida where humidity abounds. It plugs in to any USB port and battery life is good. To assure a good seal, be sure to routinely clean the rim of the jar and lid. The only time my lids didn’t seal well was when some of the contents were on the rim, my bad. I just purchased a 25 pound bag of sugar (for feeding hummingbirds) and the summer humidity will not become a problem! Yay!

I absolutely LOVE this vacuum sealer. I have sealed everything in my cupboards. It's easy to recharge and works quickly to seal jars tightly. I use it just about every day. When I first got it, it sealed in a very short time but after using it for a month it now goes to the full 2 minutes and I'm not sure why it does that.

I wish it had worked on my jars. After returning this I compared my old jelly jars to a “nowadays” jar. Not that noticeable but there definitely is a bit on a diameter difference. Yup, older jars are a bit wider rendering this device useless for me.
