Very Fine Grind, Goes Right From Bag To Baking
These are finer ground than what is offered in your bigger box grocery stores. Not to mention the price point is better! My son and I have celiac so I have to blend a 1 to 1 flour for us, I don’t have to grind this further in a food processor, I simply mix it up with my other flours and go!

Great gluten freeflour
I like this sweet rice flour as it makes great bread for my daughter-in-law who has celiac disease. I have tried others and she likes the bread I make with this flour the best. I have trouble finding it where I live so I was glad I could find it online.

Have used this flour in various Gluten Free recipes and works awesome! Had been using ATK (Americas Test Kitchen) Flour suggestion for baking and discovered a main missing ingredient was the Sweet Rice Flour. Did not want to try other Sweet Rice Flours (only a top quality one) and only using a minimum amount in recipes this one works great being finely ground.

Awesome to use as part of gluten-free flour blend - not 1:1 substitute though
More expensive than Bob’s Red Mill, but has a much finer grind! Perfect for non-gritty gluten-free baked goods!Not good for full substitution of wheat flour, but great as a small part of a gluten-free flour blend.

Wonderful flour!
Packaged very well. Compacted and sealed. So happy to find this flour & happy that it’s a North American product.. GF products at a decent price sometimes require a bit of research.
