I use this for mounting an odd shaped Zoom mic to a phone tripod. It's great! Sturdy, flexible positioning, solid grip on a wide range of object sizes. Nice fit and finish and use of metal parts with minimal plastic to prevent damaging clamped surfaces.

This product work as designed and is well built. Bought this for my wife's wheelchair to hold an umbrella and haven't had any issues with this at all. Highly recommended.

Doesn’t hold tight enough to keep my umbrella from falling over all the time. I bought two of these but they both barely work with no breeze at all. I even had my umbrella closed and it still fell right over. I made sure all the clamp connections were as tight as I could get them and my umbrella still kept falling over constantly. I finally had to just hold my umbrella and stop using these altogether.

Solid construction, compact and sturdy. Entire assembly is mostly made of Aluminum.

First one arrived broken. Amazon replaced with new one.Seems like a solid unit, all metal construction. Even the knobs are metal(other reviews say plastic)Will be used to mount a selfie stick on my motorcycle so doesn't need to support much weight.
