At first I thought how's it this going to help me and after a few trys this really did work.You can blow it up to how it's best for you and place between arms. This really does help keep arms straight and helps with full swing of the club.At first it feels awkward and I did look like the odd one out of the group but my scoring was improved.It's definitely worth trying and will honestly help you with improving golf.Value for moneyAnd definitely recommend

Nice little training aid
Not much to say about this; the build quality is excellent, it has a suede feel to it so after inflation it doesn't rub on your forearms and the instructions are easy to follow.I've found it helpful for slowing my swing down and working on the timing aspect of it, as I've been able to get my grip more controlled

Don’t buy this, it’s not fit for the purpose advertised
The thing won’t inflate and is too small to be of use as a training aid. Complete waste of money
