These pots are great because you can plant the seedlings straight into the soil as the roots can push through as the pot disintegrates. They are sturdy considering what they’re made of. A little bit pricey but worth the money and much better than plastic!

This a lovely alternative to those awful plastic compartmented trays for growing seeds or seedlings. And they just compost down into the soil of a bigger pot or your garden bed. The seeds all germinated quite fast in the green house and even though I’d use a bit too much water, they still held their shape. I think the extra thickness of the fibre pots adds extra warmth and protection than plastic maybe doesn’t provide and so germination is faster. I place them in a tray- any kind of tray, it doesn’t have to be a special gardening one, I like to recycle and improvise - fill them with compost, water them and add the seed or seedling and that’s it. Sadly I’ve used 90 of the 100 already so need to order more. There also good for taking herb cutting and cutting of other small plants you want to propagate. Very pleased and I had no trouble separating them, none of them got stuck together. It was all very easy and satisfying

They arrived quickly. I used them all on the 1st day and had to order more!Perfect for seeds and young plants. I put them in the cold frame until they were ready to transplant.No disturbance of the roots and my little plants are very happy. So l am happy too. Would definitely recommend these little fibre beauties!

These pots have been very usful and easy to use. The plants are growing well.

I have used some of these pots. First impressions are them will be useful, but a little disappointed that they tend to disintegrate too quickly. I haven't yet tried to replant them into the ground, and I just hope they will survive until I do so.

These pots are good. I have used these for many plants over the past weeks/months and have found them very good on all counts. In particular, they do not break when wet but roots find their way through quite easily.As a model maker I found the wooden plant labels useful apart from their prime purpose!All round a good buy.

I've been growing sunflowers in these and can confirm that the roots have successfully come through the pots so no issues in that regard. When the sunflowers die off I will dig these back up and see how biodegradable they truly were. Be careful when handling them, especially when trying to compact soil or when watering. They fall apart with too much force (especially when wet).

Biodegradable plant pots are Biodegradable as expected. Very good for seed germination and planting. However, it becomes a little squishy after watering and was very difficult to move them without disturbing the seeds or seedlings. My purpose was to grow the plants for 3 months. It was difficult to move them without cracking the pots. It cannot take prolonged watering.

Je découvert les joies du jardinage prendant le 1er confinement. Ils m'en reste encore beaucoup. Des batonnets en bois en plus ne serait pas négligable.
