Q: Can the chair swivel while the person is seated?

Absolutely, yes. It works great for our 94-year-old mom - we sit her in it and she swivels herself around to face the shower.

Q: What is the leg spread measurements?

Don't know for sure but it fits fine in a standard tub that you find in a rental. Love the seat very sturdy. Had a broken ankle worked great for me. Got the same for my 97 year old father. His chair is in a tub in a old single wide trailer

Q: Need left side adjustment lever. Chair doesn’t allow for reversal of lever. Do you sell ones with left side lever?

yes, you can lock it on either side and it swivels 360 degrees.

I don’t have an answer to the question but I can say the swivel chair has made a tremendous difference in the lives of my mother and I. It makes helping my mom with her bath so much easier. This is a 5 star bath chair,
