If someone has issues, it’s definitely user error. You can’t just rub this on. It won’t stick. You will rub it off the metal. I blotted. Let dry a tiny bit. Then lightly wiped and dabbed. I used a small circle make up cotton remover. And also a q-tip. I put on a few layers. It just takes a bit of a technique to use. But if you’re artistic and patient, you can figure it out. No directions. But again, a little brain power and you can figure out how to use. It did the job for me. In my picture the brass looking piece was actually totally silver. I think it turned out great. I would definitely recommend

Tolle Qualität

I’ve only used a different brand’s products in the past but wanted antiques brass color. Took two of these side tables from dark silver to this color in a half hour. I used a trim painting tool - sort of a sponge on the side of a stick. It worked better than a normal sponge brush because I could apply more even pressure and could go relatively quick. Went on smoothly and covered well. I’m going to use this on some knobs and other hardware next.
