Awesome
Christmas gift…absolutely awesome! They use it 3-4 times a week and rave about how perfectly it cooks…and how it’s easy to use, clean…etc. no complaints. Great buy. I’d absolutely buy from this company again.

amazing tool for a master bbq
My wife and I are huge fans of Brazilian steakhouse food. When I saw this, at first I was hesitant, but then decided it would be a good replacement for our vertical rotisserie that had stopped working. This counter-top oven at a minimum has everything you need to get started. You have two blade-style skewers, one with prongs for larger meats and one without. The oven has a fixed temperature with a dial for cooking time and an on/off switch. The oven comes with a drip pan. That's it, nothing else comes with this oven. Cooking is simple and the oven heats up quickly, maintaining a fairly consistent 375 degrees. If you are looking to slow your cooking down, cook with the front door ajar. The drip pan is easy to clean and appears to be dishwasher safe, but that is up to you, I wouldn't run mine through the dishwasher. That is the oven and accessories in a nutshell.Pros:- Large cooking area suitable for a small turkey or size equivalent items- Dual rotisserie setup making it easy to do meats, veggies, and fruits separately but cooking at the same time- Easy to use- Easy to clean the pull-out tray- Makes the house smell amazing while using- The timer function makes it easy to set and let the food cook on its own- Constructed well and feels solidly builtCons:- Difficult to fit things too large since the skewers are not adjustable within the oven- Door doesn't seal and skewers have openings. So you have a lot of heat escaping out of the sides and gaps in door (can also be a pro since it allows for slight adjustments in cooking temps)- It is a large unit for storing on top of the counter, and somewhat large to store anywhere else.I love this oven and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys this style of food. The first time using this I made a stuffed pork roast and it was incredible. Then I made a whole chicken fryer and that was equally great. Since then I have made plantains, pineapple, steak, sausage, and kebabs. Everything I have made has turned out wonderfully and delicious (with proper seasoning and basting of course). It is 2nd to the air fryer for my favorite kitchen appliance.

Outside
This grill roaster is huge and heavy. The openings on the side where the skewers go let out a lot of heat. I had to use this on my counter top that had no cabinets over it. Simple to set up and cook larger cuts of meat.

If you Have the Room. . .
So when we ordered this, I was worried that it wouldn't be big enough tor the cuts of beef we'd like to rotisserie. Surprisingly, it was big enough, but now comes the issue of storing this. It is not something, as a one trick pony, that you want to leave on your counter, espcially given the color (red). It's not huge, but too big to be a permanent counter fixture. The controls are pretty basic, but honestly, they get the job done. We've done a bavette, a tri-tip, and some skewers. All turned out great. I recommend getting Thomas Keller's book "ad hoc" here on amazon and using his tri-tip recipe for this, it's amazing. We don't do anything except salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on our bavettes and the skewers are typically marinaded. No matter the cut, you will get grease drippings. There were no flareups (another concern of mine) but I do suggest a drip tray wrapped in foil to help with clean up and to keep the oven looking like new.

Love It!
My son is an amazing cook and loves to experiement with new methods and techniques. He has converted our randomly used garage into a hang out with a kitchenette. He has set it up and he has made some outstanding meat and well as veggie skewers using this rotisserie. There was essentially no set up; just unpack, have a ventilated space, read basic easily understood instructions and cook! This rotisserie is large and heavy so you will want a dedicated space or ample storage space for it.

Makes authentic Brazilian steak, but without the char
This rotisserie will make a pretty authentic Brazilian steak, but without the char on it from open flame cooking. It fits on a countertop and as long as you have some clearance on the top and sides, it will work there fine. It has an opening on the side where the rotisserie goes in, so it will heat its surrounding area. If it is a very hot summer day, you may want to use it outdoors. Because it is open on the side, if you leave it outdoors, use the cover that it comes with and clean it out before you use it. This would be a good gift for someone who likes to rotisserie cook foods, and who may prefer electric to using gas or charcoal.
