Good carry in size
Delivery was quick, the product looks good and the back pack and small bag mad packing easy. It fit in the Flair carry in measure bin. The inky thing I missed is that it does not expand if you buy something while away!

Budget friendly for car trips or carry-on
I have just returned from a trip I take annually and was able to put this set to the test. the backpack and smaller bag are in-line with just about any other lower cost bags, so my focus was on the case itself.Upon receiving it, I had high concerns as the shell is very thin and easy to push into - not what I expect from a hard-sided case. While packing, the interior zipper got stuck and took a few minutes to get it unstuck (I am still not sure what it was stuck on - perhaps a thread), but otherwise packing up was similar to any other case and the exterior zipper was smooth. I could not figure out how to change the default combination and had no instructions included (by the time I realized that, I didn't have the opportunity to google for it, though I'm sure the answer is out there).The wheels rolled very smoothly and made moving an easy task - though the handle was a bit jiggly. The zipper seams on the outside had 2 long free-flowing threads.It traveled well in car with some tote bags on top of it, and as a carry-on on the plane. I do not feel confident it would survive checking. While not fragile, it is not particularly sturdy.Overall, I consider this a very budget-friendly set for when I manage my own bags. Only 1 trip with it so far, but not even a scuff and all contents made it to and from our destination. I've rated it 4 stars as the cost set expectations that it was not high-end, and for the cost I feel it is a pretty good option for gentle travel.
