Blitzsafe HON/AUX DMX V.2X Auxiliary Audio Input Most 2003+ Honda and Acura (+3.5 AUX)

Added Aux jack to a 2005 Accord. So I wasn't sure if I needed the splitter that appears to set the v1 apart from the v2. Thank goodness I got the v2 because evidently my new old car has XM which meant the aux jack in the back was used... had to use the splitter feature of the v2. Note that in my car the plug was NOT on the bottom of the radio as every YouTube video shows (easy plug and play) it was on the BACK. And it was hell plugging in the adapter. After cutting up my knuckles, and 15 minutes of cursing, it was in. Works great. Super quality. Can't go wrong... get the V2 if you don't know what's back there.

Sounds great and my XM radio still works! There is not as much space in the 2004 Accord to stuff this thing as there appears to be in later models, figuring out where to stuff the box was the hardest part.

I bought one several years ago for my 2004 Accord. At the time, I found it on eBay. I like it, it works exactly as advertised, and the sound quality is good. Now my daughter has bought a used Honda, and I'm going to buy another one of these via Amazon for her car. I was surprised to see other adapters on Amazon selling for as little as $20. But then I read their reviews, and decided that the cheap price wasn't worth it: poor sound quality, half volume, breaking after a couple of months. Obviously I'd prefer to pay less for the Blitzsafe, but I know I'm going to get something that works and works well.As another reviewer said, my original one did NOT come with the audio cable shown in the picture, and I don't expect to get one this time either. They should remove it from the picture, or explain that you'll need to order one separately.

Works perfectly.Sometimes the radio screen doesn't come on after starting the car, but it comes back if you switch inputs. This doesn't bother me as this product is adding a feature I wish the car came with from the factory, there is bound to be a snag somewhere.Audio quality is great, and the AUX cord is plenty long.

Came on time. Works like it should. When i try to watch videos and use the sound a lot of noise is picked up and it gets very annoying. Listening to music i have no issues most of the time but its only with videos.

I was getting tired of the quality from the cassette tape adapter so I finally decided to install one of these into my 2005 Acura TL. I can't believe I waited so long to take the plunge. Install took about an hour, which was mostly removing the panels to get to the radio. Actually connecting the cables only took maybe 10 minutes, since the area behind the radio's pretty small. Once it was finished, audio was crystal clear and thankfully didn't require an amplifier like some other adapters I've seen. It was loud enough straight from my Samsung S10.My kit included an RCA - 3.5 mm auxiliary audio cable, but it was ugly so I ended up buying another one anyway.

It works perfectly fine and it came very quickly. I was very statifised with audio input cord. I would reccommend this to anyone with a honda.
