Last night was my first time sleeping with this pillow, and it's exactly what I was wanting! As soon as I took the pillow out of its packaging, I could feel the cooling affect, which is what I was wanting. The pillow is firm enough to handle the weight of my arm and leg all night, but it feels very soft. I am trying to teach myself to sleep on my back more often, but sometimes I just have to lay on my side to get to sleep, and this pillow is going to make those nights much more comfortable.

I was using a very worn out llama body pillow made for kids. It was rough and not big enough but I thought I’d have to spend $100 to get a really nice body pillow so I put it off and just suffered. I finally had enough two nights ago. Laying in bed I found this beauty on sale and it arrived the next morning!! It is absolutely the most luxurious body pillow I’ve ever owned. The cool side stays cool all night and both sides are extremely soft. The memory foam inside is just the right amount of firm and plush. I’m in heaven. This absolutely feels like a $100+ luxury body pillow. The cover is removable and washable, too. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

This pillow is amazing. I slept like a long. It's so comfortable. The cover has one side that cools, which is great in the heat. The price was very reasonable and the size and height was perfect. I'm so glad I bought this pillow it's wonderful!

I ordered the two smaller "queen" pillows, following the great reviews. The pluses? The price, the ability to "customize" how thick or thin or full the pillows (with the extra foam filling provided on a separate bag - my husband really likes his new pillow as it is super thick now, but not me - see next section below) and... the "cool-to-the-touch" side (which by the way does get warm with your body temperature, but you can just scoot over and put your head on another corner of the pillow; flipping it over is not the same as the other side is not made of the same "cool" material). Now, the minuses: the VERY strong chemical smell that the foam filling came with. It did not dissipate in 24 or 48 or 72 hours for me. It took a whole week and a half, dividing the filling in laundry mesh bags to aerate in my patio, and giving those a good turn in the drier machine (air fluff cycle) with sprays of lavender, until the smell was almost gone. But it does go away, if this helps those who are sensitive to chemical odors, like me. The other thing I don't like that much is that if not completely full, the pillow does not feel firm or "even". I don't have very wide shoulders and a super thick pillow doesn't do it for me, so I took out some of the filling and now the pillow is kind of... amorphous. I guess it will eventually settle for a more even look, but we'll see. It just seems too much work for a pillow that had such a high rating. Hope this helps you while you decide to buy this product.

This pillow is perfect for me. It’s just the right firmness and it really stays cold, especially if you have a fan going. And it is so comfortable, both sides! The support is great!

My chiropractor recommended a pillow like this for my spine alignment, and this was a good find. It works well, and has the cooling side, which is added comfort!

I really like that you can add or remove filling to get it the right size for you. It took some trial amd error but I finally removed enough full to be comfortable for me. I like that the cover comes off amd can me easily washed. The bamboo side is super soft.Why I gave it 3 stars... the cooling side is cool to the touch but if you are a hot sleeper it does nothing for you. Still just as sweaty amd maybe even moreso. I am a VERY hot sleeper. I found the bamboo side to be cooler than the "cooling" side. I would prefer if the whole thing eas just the bamboo side.

It is so comfortable and the perfect size. It is cooling and soft. Highly recommend!

It was time to get new pillows and I really don't like this process. Unless I walk around the store putting the pillows down somewhere I can lay on them, it's hard to know what it going to work for my neck/sleeping position. I wasn't thrilled with the ones I just had for the past couple of years. I needed something a little fluffier but also, being a middle aged lady, I definitely require a cooling side. I was skeptical about ordering pillows online and then when they showed up and were completely flat and rolled up like a sleeping bag, I was sure they weren't going to work. I couldn't believe how easily they fluffed up, following the instructions of patting them and squeezing them - it took a minute and they were perfect. They were a little fuller than what I'm used to but I haven't slept that well in a very long time and the cooling side was lovely. I am in love with these pillows after only one sleep!
