Very handy in the quilting studio
These are so handy in my quilting studio! I use them to put a pattern in, that I am working on and it keeps everything together and protected. I usually copy my patterns from the book, so I don't have to haul around the whole pattern book and I can write on it (keeps my books nice). Highly recommend.

Worked perfectly for school activities.
Worked perfectly for the entire school year during virtual learning. Used primarily daily in elementary math class with my fourth grade granddaughter. I drew number lines, area models, and other charts on paper and placed them inside the sleeves. Using dry eraser pens, she was able to do the work and it eliminated having to wait for her to slowly (and sometimes sloppily) draw her own lines and charts. Traced over the charts and lines with dark markers so that they were easily visible. Despite using them the entire school year, they only started to split in the seams the last month or so of school. Easy to clean with either dry eraser cleaner or regular water. Worth every dime!

Great to help individuals that require additional help
I love, love these. I use them with children with autism to help increase independence by making lists on them. It was crazy to have 5 dry erase boards to carry around. Instead of reminding a person to do a task (such as getting ready in the morning) I just make a list on the page, and they are able to wipe each item off as they complete it. This increases independence, a sense of accomplishment and pride! Great product!

Good for adults, probably not for extensive classroom use. Smooth but rigid poly.
These are a good deal. I bought the 10 pack of 5 colors (2 of each color) for 15.99. These have high quality binding and grommets. The clear plastic poly is smooth and easy to see through. Dry-erase markers write and erase easily. They are a good size. BUT-- as you can see in the photos I posted, I really don't like the plastic (poly) they used. It crinkles and gets white creases in it. It's the kind of plastic that's flexible but also rigid. So when you bend it too much, or maybe stick a pen in there and set a book on it...it gets a permanent crease. I already knew this as soon as I took them out of the package, but I tested one of the orange ones and posted a photo of that too.For the test, I put a piece of printer paper in the envelope and gently bent it in various ways. I didn't wad it up or crease it like you would piece of trash or the folding of a letter. I bent and folded it in ways I knew my elementary-aged children would. It's still functional and you can still write on it, but if I needed this type of envelope again, I would purchase the kind that is more like vinyl and less like plastic.

Way more than dry erase pockets!
I use them to post athletic sports scores at outdoor events. They are much heftier than simple page protectors, and thus more effective in any type of weather. The variety of colors allows me to assign a different color to each division. The substantial grommet allows me to secure them in a variety of ways: Hook, bungees cord, snap, cord, etc - whatever the setting and weather suggests. It's just a bonus for me that I can use dry erase markers overtop.

Picky 5 year old
I bought these for my son who is in kindergarten for distance learning. We found that they are very easy to use. He likes that he can learn to write his name, can erase, and try again. I love that he likes to use them. He's picky for a 5 year old.
