Germany, road atlas 1:200,000

einwandfrei!

alle kaarten bij elkaar, compacter in gebruik dan afzonderlijke kaarten. Schaal 1/150000 had iets beter geweest, al wordt de atlas dan veel dikker en misschien onhandiger in gebruik

We had two long trips through Germany this Summer, and sat navs really don't show you where you are. The atlas helped, but we found the index maps at the front hard to understand., and it took persistence to find our destination in the index.The keys were fairly helpful and there was some useful drive information given.It didn't really show service areas on the autobahns clearly, which is important on a long trip. The scale is small so there is a lot of information: Germany is a densely populated place!Road numbering was largely accurate though there were one or two instances where things weren't up to date, we got thoroughly lost at one point revisiting a particular autobahn junction on several occasions. The scale was too small to see where we were going wrong!

Atlanten und gedruckte Karten sind selten geworden! Dieser ist sehr informativ.Leider gibt es (wie häufig) ein Manko: Der Blattschnitt, besonders im Innenbereich, in der Mitte, sorgt dafür, dass Informationen „verschwinden“. Das passiert bei Atlanten mit gebundenen Karten vielleicht noch mehr als bei diesem. Zu beheben wäre dieses zum Teil, wenn der Überschneidungsbereich auch in der Blattmitte größer wäre.

Sehr guter Atlas, im Maßstab 1:200.000 auch bestens geeignet zum Planen von Motorradtouren.Wie schon in anderer Rezension erwähnt, gibt es ein großes Manko - der Blattschnitt: Im Innenbereich sind in der Mitte bei der Spiralbindung weiße Streifen, dieser Teil der Karten fehlt einfach (siehe auch Bilder). Mit dem heutigen Stand der Technik sollte es leicht möglich sein, dieses Manko zu beheben ...Daher gibt's von mir nur 3 Sterne - obwohl ich den Altas sonst sehr empfehlen kann.
