Great Blend for a OK (?) Price
The blend seems well thought out and put together, with minimal fillers. The ingredients seem well sourced and the price is somewhat OK.I can't report any specific results yet, but if I notice something I will update this review.Otherwise, this looks as a good supplement so far.

Helps the joints
As a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner I'm no stranger to aches and pains in my joints, particularly hands and knees. I find that when I'm taking collagen regularly that I am less achey and can move more freely. These capsules are nice to have if I don't mix collagen into my protein shake.

A solid collagen supplement, but WHY so much biotin??
This Multi Collagen supplement costs a bit more per dose than the Collagen + Vitamin C supplement that I was taking previously, but this product includes Hyaluronic Acid and Bamboo Silica as well as Zinc, Biotin, and Vitamin E, so I believe the difference is somewhat justified. The pills are tasteless and easy to swallow. Anyone familiar with collagen supplementation knows that 3 pills/day is pretty normal; some brands have you taking as many as 6 pills per day for the higher-dose supplements! For anyone wondering, bamboo silica contains a high amount of silica compared to other sources. Silica is a precursor/building block for your body's collagen production in addition to assisting in absorption of minerals like calcium, potassium, and magnesium. This is why you see it included in collagen supplements like this one, and why it may be beneficial.I did remove one star for the excessive amount of Biotin, because I am so tired of this trend. I know that pretty much every brand is doing this lately, but enough! While it won't necessarily hurt you as excess should just be flushed out during your daily bathroom visits, it's wasteful and unnecessary. There are some people who report that large amounts of biotin makes their skin flush or break out, so even if that's not a typical response, it's always smart to keep an eye on your body's response when dealing with a supplement that includes something absurd like 2000% of your recommended daily intake of a specific vitamin!

These seem like a good product. Easier to take than collagen powder.

Unable to verify claims
Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out. This bottle comes almost full to the neck, that is so rare nowadays! If used as directed it will last one month. The "best by" date on mine (THANK YOU for not putting it on the bottom of the bottle!) is Mar 2026 so a little less than two years from now. There is no real scent or taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic (grass-fed in this case), non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says non-GMO and GMP-certified (also HACCP certified). The product page also says grass-fed. And though the distributor is in London, the product page says Country of Origin: China. I don't know how I missed that. I do not put anything on or in my body that was made in China simply because their manufacturing standards and environments are not consistent enough to ensure the purity and quality of the product. But in case someone is of a differing opinion, I'll give some additional information.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Actually, I can find no website, no way to contact them, and no way to verify any of the information on the product or the product page. Regardless of where the product is manufactured, when that is the case I don't take it and don't recommend it to others. I will, however, update here if I can locate anything helpful.
