Sadly over time, due to the thinness of this product, the holding dividers have sagged, so files are at risk in falling out.I have used string keep the dividers from opening too much, which seems to work, but aesthetically not so good.

Needed some desk space so ordered these to get the files off my desk. Sadly they are very flimsy and only really ideal for light magazine storage. Files are too heavy and the pockets literally just fold out under the weight. I have ordered an alternative and used these for "light" wall storage.

Looked nice and would have been easy to install. It would have been just what I needed if only it had some strength. Unfortunately as soon as you put something more than a few single sheets of paper in one of the tiers it bends outwards. This may not be important if you only want to put one magazine on each tier - which to be fair is probably its intended design. For me, it didn't work as I wanted (to hold A4 writing pads or thin files) so regrettably I've returned it and am looking for something better.

Grey file holder arrived somewhat scuffed, customer service was excellent sending out another one instantly, without requiring the old one be sent back.

Easy to assemble and fit the racks are quite flimsy and tend to bend slightly forward, however it does the job just does not hold as much as I expected.
