Warranty is apparently 6 months according to customer service. Our seat cloth ripped after 8 months and the seller does not have any seat clothes we can purchase and will not take back the order.

Q: Can i swing the bed? i mean if i don't lock it in a flat /bed position will i be able to still swing it? or it's going to hit the horizontal bar?

Yes you can swing the bed as long as there's nothing in the back blocking it :) I got it for our backyard and it's great. It's sturdy, comfy, and easy to assemble.

Q: is this canopy water resistant

Cloth seat holds water after rain and you will have to dump it.

Q: I have owned this item for about 21 months. The bench fabric has an irreparable huge tear in it. How can I order a replacement fabric seat?

I don't know. I found it to be very poor swing. Most reviews that I read that they do not give any replacement parts. I feel I wasted my money and cost for the assembly person 2.5 hrs $90 (cheaper than Amazon's $133 but water anyway)!
