Great style, great fit however the mask refuses to recharge and hold a charge. Because I liked it so much I returned it for another one just thinking that the one I received was faulty. However, it was not the exact same problem occurred with the second one and I returned it and requested a full refund to buy another mask from another company.

I just celebrated my 4*th (the 2nd digit is a secret 🙊) birthday and my hub decided to pamper me. Oh well, I have to make my own selection of what i really wanted and I decided on this FDA approved, clinical-grade technology, which is also endorsed by dermatologist. I used to do facials when I was living in Asia, but it's so expensive here in the States, I gave up on taking care of my face. 😞 After the 1st pregnancy, I have pigmentation issues and I'm pretty bothered by it. I was hoping that this would help me (Yes, it did!!!) and help with the rejuvenating of my skin.With the hefty the price tag came an exquisite box. Very professional, I can say. I'm also impressed by the website and the app that helps customize the settings. 3 minutes daily treatment is all you need with this wireless, very portable and hands free operation. Do note that you also need to do your part to prep your face before use, but this is way easier (and cheaper) than going for a facial session. Other than using laser treatments to remove blemishes, I'm giving this a try! I’m really impressed with the this mask! It’s very easy to use and I love that has 5 different modes for both red and blue light therapy, so I can adjust it as needed for different skin concerns. Being able to customize everything from my phone is awesome. After just a few uses, my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. It’s a game-changer for at-home skincare—no need for pricey treatments at the salon anymore. Highly recommend it!

Takes my skin care up a notch and couldn’t be easier to use. I have tried two other “masks” that were cumbersome and had no real instructions on how to use or timing.The presentation of the item when it arrived was well packaged and elegant in nature. It came with clear instructions on how to use and it only takes 10 minutes a day! It is easy to utilize from the app and fits comfortably and easy to the face you can watch TV, etc whileUsing the mask. I have been using consistently for the last month and have found improvement in fine lines and brightness. Looking forward to seeing the continued improvement in the months ahead. Highly recommend.

What a frustrating order this was. I read a lot of the review on here and noticed most of the negative ones were about charging issues. Thought sure this couldn’t happen to me. Well, I received my brand new mask today, it does not turn on, and will not charge at all either. Tried different adapters, on different locations. Charging light never came on. Funny thing is, this company knows they have many issues with the charging device (it states on their how to video if you have issues to try different adapter). I don’t know about anyone else, but for how expensive this mask is the very least they should include is an adapter. Sending right back and will order a different brand.
