Definitely good for posture! a little uncomfortable, but you get used to it.

I purchased this to help with my posture. I had seen one similar to it with great reviews about helping with posture, but low and behold they didn't offer my size, so I purchased this item. I didn't notice a great difference in my posture when I put it on, though there may have been a slight difference. I would not recommend this if you are looking for something to really help with posture, as far as accenting your chest though I guess it does fine. I didn't wear it long enough to judge if it gets painful after a while.

My sternum and upper spine cracks and pops, and hurts. I was looking for somthing to support my posture (holding my shoulders in proper posistion) and to give my chest and upper back the needed support. I was very dissapointed when I got this and the instructions called it a bust shaping undergarment. I'm even more dissapointed since I've tried it on. If you want your breasts to look perkier with or without a bra, then it might help! (I'm already a perky B-cup without the help. And I doubt anyone larger than a B-cup could fit in it comfortably.) But if you are looking for posture support don't waist your money on this product, look else where. It does support my posture, but very little, in my opinion. (on the plus side it does come with clear straps!)

I bought this to use for upper back support and to help me from slouching while sitting at the computer all day long. This does help pull shoulders back. You can slouch while wearing it, but it gives you a reminder to keep your shoulders back. It rubs under the arms a bit, but that be because it is new.I didn't know the packaging stated this is intended to help your bust line. If you are buying this for that purpose, buy a size larger because it cuts into you bust line a bit and fits a little small.

My doctor recommended this to help my posture. It's not very comfortable. Also I ordered 2 in size med. and one was actually a large in a medium box. But that was OK because the medium seemed to be a little small and was very uncomfortable. The large I can tolerate.

This does what is supposed to: makes boobs where there really aren't any, lol. It comes with 2 sets of straps attached but as soon as I put it on, one set came loose - like the claspy thing broke. The garment still works very well without the extra strap so i am not really sure why it was even there. Anyway, that's why I only gave it 4 stars.

This is great with my posture, centering and lifting boobs BUT the strap is very rough... (not good material) so much so I feel my skin irritated within 20 minutes of wearing it... I'm looking for another one with smoother straps and im getting rid of this one.

This was very well made, but definitely not an extra small. I cannot wear it.
