Buteyko Meets Dr. Mew

This method works for clearing your nose, I just did it last night when it was extremely stopped up. Great book for kids too though I don't like the mention (just one sentence) of celebrities and how they look nice. That's not why we're doing it, and I shared that with my daughter. It does go in depth that it is much healthier to breathe through nose and why, as well as very detailed step by step cartoon of how to do it and make it a new habit. My daughter has read it several times and other people have come over picked it up and found it fascinating.

I asked my 12 yr old to read the first part of the child section and she did. She immediately applied the lesson to her stuffy nose and the nose cleared up. She get allergies to dust mites, the mucous forms, and then -- presto -- sick child out of school for 1+ weeks. No more me thinks. I'll try to remember to come back here and update any important observations.

Gave it to my dentist. He had heard Dr. Mew once and was very proud to receive the book.

This one helped my kids to understand the importance of nose breathing..... instead of me just reading and telling them, this one they got to read with me.
