It came in small plastic packs with Chinese writings on (I see it's not only made in China but for Chinese customers - ok, noted), and those bunch were in the bigger plastic bag that smells. That bag has given this plastic-y toxic smell that turned me off right away. Although, after a while the smell went away from the first small pack I opened and stored on a counter. I will have to take all the small packs out from the smelly mother bag.
