So disappointed in these knives. They cut well, but all rusted. Purposely bought these stainless steel knives (3 sets) because description said they were dishwasher safe and would not rust.Update. Contacted Ashlar about the rust issue. They responded immediately. Issued a credit for my original purchases and are also sending replacement knives. Kudos to the company for the way they handled the problem. Impressive.

Haven't used enough to rate durability, but they blend well with my silverware, are easy to handle, and seem easy to maintain.The care instructions are very helpful information for what to expect and how to deal with it.Commendable. I will buy through them again!

I bought this set of four to match six that came with a butcher block set made by another company. These match well, just a tiny bit shorter and you wouldn't notice that unless they are lying side by side. They are attractive, very sharp and easy to use. A good purchase.

Nice, wanted one piece solid table steak knives, as these are. But not entirely 'solid'. Nice weight despite hollow handles.

Really sharp knifes. Came with tiny plastic cover to protect the tips which was very necessary. Love the stainless steel look. Let’s see how long it lasts...
