This is my second brush. First one died because I over charged it. My cat just loves the vapor especially with the weather this summer here in New England. Works well, just don't leave it charging for more than 20 minutes or 1/2 hour!

I purchased another product with almost the same design as this one, but its steam was too weak, so I returned it and bought this one instead. While the steam on this brush is stronger than the previous one, it still doesn't help much in collecting cat hairs while brushing. A normal water spray works way better than streaming.

I think this is a handy brush. It helps so much with our pup's shedding. It's a bargain and is so easy to use. Really neat for grooming. It's easy to clean. I like the concept.

After receiving the item was about to try it for the very first time. Product did not work right out the box, thought it might needed to be charged, however, after connecting it to the charger a very faded red light showed under the plastic skin of the brush that you can only see when the lights are off. Let it charge overnight and tried it the next morning and still nothing, when pressing the ON/OFF button a blue light shows, again, very faded under the plastic skin which you need to pretty much check in on a very dark room to know if it is supposed to be on or not, and no steam generated whatsoever.Tried to charge it multiple times and still unable to get it to work.

The concept for this is amazing, so I had to try it out.1 of my 4 cats loves it, but the other 3 are scared of the noise it makes when using the water.It is a great brush, evwn without using the "steam". It does not get hot, which is good. I like how you don't have to pick off the fur, you can just press a button and it comes right off.I don't like thst it's a top level brush, meaning you don't get the undercoat, which seems to bw what my cats shed the most.

The fact that my cat really likes this brush is awesome.She don't like too many brushes and this one she did.I love it too works very good

I use it for my cat. At first he was scared of it because of the steam coming out. Now, he enjoys it. I brush him on top of his head and his cheeks and body. He rubs up against it. It gets him wet and removes the extra hair. It is definitely worth getting.

This comes with limited instructions but put a little water in it and plug it in and it will heat up enough to steam the water when you brush your cat. Some folks said it needs to be plugged in while using so this is what I did. Also, the cable is a bit short, but substituting a longer one makes it very useful. It takes the cats hair off and deposits a pad of hair on the brush. Might be most useful for a cat with long, fine, hair (like mine). Very happy with this purchase. It's a little bit of work to set up and use compared to a plain old brush but I am very happy over all with this purchase!

The media could not be loaded.  Quality is good, easy cleaning, value for money!

I was looking forward to using the steam function but it only charged once and not again. It lights up when plugged in then turns off right away. Do not recommend.
