Concise but full
In an age where so many leadership models seem to lean on secular models (not always a bad thing, but open to abuse and certainly to neglect of biblical priorities), Stott talks us through the first few chapters of 1 Corinthians to give us a truly biblical view of the church and servant leadership. Regardless of whether you read any of the other recommended leadership books by secular leaders (some of which are certainly good), if you are a Christian leader then this book belongs on your bookshelf, not least because it is concise as well as rich.
