Resistance Rope
A good product but with a poor harness, otherwise I'd give it a 5, but if you know what your doing you don't really need the harness. A good addition to my gym and training sessions, good quality band.

Not fit for purpose
Not suitable for pulling anything remotely heavy. Belt snapped and then bungee snapped after using just 3 times to pull a standard tyre.

The chest harness has broken on first use ? It was used by children so should not have broken

Great set
We use this for speed and agility at home when not with our trainer, I also used it on my football team and the kids loved it. Good design, good quality and durable.

Muy bien pero para un chaval de 10-12 años
El producto me ha gustado mucho pero.... yo lo estoy usando para entrenar a un chaval de 11 años con el cinturón. Para este chaval está genial y estamos teniendo muy buenos resultados. Sin embargo para un adulto lo veo un poco frágil. Yo lo he probado y me da la sensación de que lo llevo al límite de su elongación. Creo que si hiciera varias repeticiones terminaría partiéndose o esa sensación me da. Sin embargo y como he dicho para entrenar a alevines o infantiles está muy bien. Me hubiera gustado que el chaleco fuera mas adaptable al cuerpo de un chaval de esas edades, ya que sólo es válido para un adulto.

Bon produit conforme à la description
Produit super, je l'utilise pour travailler mon cardio vitesse et tonicité il répond à mes attentes. Dans l'ensemble conforme à la description, les réglages auraient pu être un plus ajusté mais bon ça ne gêne pas tellement pendant la pratique, le harnais est plutôt confortable, je le recommande.
