I love how soft this is - not a brittle plastic on with a cover that never stays on. It also seems much larger than I was expecting & covers my whole back. I also like having the different timer settings & more options with the heat level but honestly couldn't see ever using this above the medium setting, which is plenty hot enough. The pretty seafoam green color is also very pleasing. Will get lots of use out of this & never go back to those brittle plastic ones again.
