My son absolutely loves these skates! True to size, sturdy and work well.

The shoes are fairly lightweight and of decent quality. My kid says they are quite comfortable. Kids grow so fast these days, so I’m not sure how long these adjustable ones will last. I think it would be better if the front part had more protection. Hopefully, they will last a bit longer.

I thought these were very nice - my initial impression was that they were well made; the plastic boot is very sturdy, the shoe feels comfortable and is well padded around the ankle and top of the foot. The boot is two pieces with a flex point at the ankle which seems like it would be a lot more comfortable than rigid skates I've used. The rails for the wheels, rivets, screws and buckle bases are all metal and look durable. Included are extra axle screws, a hex wrench for them and a replacement brake pad, a very nice touch. The front wheel on one skate feels tight - though the last thing I need is another hex wrench, I appreciate having it. My daughter loved the pink color and the lights in the wheels...so we were pretty disappointed when the medium was too small for her foot! I put them away for a bit with the intention of giving them to a younger cousin and when taking them out I noticed the button on the side that expands the skate - and sure enough, that was enough room to fit! She is enjoying them, she says they are comfortable and glide very well. I wouldn't have been surprised to see these more expensive than they are; as long as they hold up (and I haven't seen anything to suggest they won't) I think they're a very good value.

Very good product, with a huge size adjustment range. I got the small. Worked for my 5 year old for example, will probably fit for years. Super cute, she noted.So nice I decided to spend $50 for my own roller blades.... then proceeded to immediately bust my butt on the pavement....
