Outside stitching cane undone.
I like this product, but my daughter took it to school the first day and the stitching on half of the outside pocket cane undone so the pocket is no longer useable unless I stitch it back up. Did not expect that after one day of use. Other than that issue, works as expected with the room she needs for her lunches.

Quite a nice lunch bag. Bought the matching bag with it. Looks good on my 4 y.o daughter.

pretty small
The lunch box is well made, well insulated, and easy to clean. But, it's smaller than I expected. I have trouble fitting a full lunch, an ice pack and a mini bottle of water inside.
