The first two photos are before shapewear, the next two are afters. I'm 5'4 183 lbs and I ordered a large, the bodysuit fit perfect. Doesn't roll down at all and I can move and bend down without the suit moving it shifting. It doesn't have the best tummy control but it does smooth everything out a bit including my love handles and my back, it smoothes enough so that my clothes do fit better. The material is thick and sturdy but gets a but hot after a while which I think will help with belly fat if I wear when working out. Fast shipping and I will definitely order again!

So, due to being 5' 10" and having a long torso, most shaper briefs end 2-3" below my bra band leaving an unattractive roll of "me" between my bra and brief. This shaper, my fellow tall ladies, comes all the way up! No wedgies, no rolls, life is good. And comfy to boot. I have both the black and nude. I recommend you treat yourself and do the same.

I am pleasantly surprised. I put this on and instantly thought it would be useless because it was so stretchy and comfortable. I took t back off and I went on to put my clothes on but didn’t like the way my belly pooched, so I decided to give it another try. I put it back on, and then my clothes, and was amazed at the difference it made. It really did flatten out the pooch. It is SO comfortable that I never even noticed I had it on. I’m not used to spanks being so comfortable and actually working! Now, I think I probably needed a size smaller, but for the size it was, it worked perfect. I’m 5’4” and 203 pounds. I bout a 2XL, but probably should have gotten an XL. I plan to buy again!

Was worried about the sizing as I wear a size 6 (sometimes an 8) because the "small" comes in a S/M (other sizes are individual). But this fits nicely. It's great for smoothing out; doesn't have a LOT of squeezing (like Spanx) but it definitely helps and the price is fantastic. Bought to wear under a dance costume (that I didn't want an undergarment with "legs") but can definitely see other outfits I could wear it under.
