What I like most about this tent is that it is very easy to assemble and very easy to disassemble to store it later, it protects from the sun much more than an umbrella and it is much larger than I thought. The best part is putting the sand on the beach so that it resists because then you take out the sand and put it in your bag and take it home very easily. It has some stakes to put it in the garden or at the campsite, very easy to use, the material is very resistant. Up to eight people can be inside the shade, it is extremely wide and high.

We've been going to the beach for decades now - it is a short drive from our home. I've tried every sun solution known to man - tents, umbrellas, you name it. Umbrellas blow away. Tents are annoying. Those flying things make too much noise. I had never seen something like THIS until it was offered to me to try. Online it looks kind of weird. In person it looks kind of awesome! And it is SO easy to put up, even for mechanically challenged me. The whole kit is heavier than I expected, but most of the weight is from the poles. So I split those up between me and my partner to share the load to the beach. I love the way the fabric secures to the pole - so simple, and so genius. The sandbag things are odd but very effective - I personally prefer a metal shovel to fill them, vs. the plastic ones that came with the kit, but the plastic ones do the job just fine. I recommend bringing a brush with you so that when you're ready to pack up, you can turn the sandbags inside out and brush out all the leftover sand. I had lots of folks on the beach asking me about this. It would make a great host gift for someone if you're going to visit them at their beach or lake house.

We used this at the beach recently and it was perfect to provide some sun protection and shade. It is easy to set up and tear down. The material has been durable even while stretching and placing the poles. I like that you can use all 4 poles for a shelter or just two and have one of the sides all the way down. Comes with a sturdy carrying bag to keep it all together and fits well. Must have for kids and families.

I really like the design of this. Works perfect in the sand, but my favorite part is how the weights are part of the tie line and not the poles. Works great, but also greatly reduced accidental tripping. Would recommend.
