I love this coffee. I roast to a deep dark color with an oily sheen for a rich never bitter coffee. The beans are of a good quality and produces low chaffin the roaster. Delivery is good as they ship usps priory mail. Prices are a good value also. I recommend to all my roasting friends

This is my fifth purchase of raw coffee beans, so I do not have that much experience in roasting beans. that being said the coffee from these is very good, but this is the first time I have had to pick through the beans taking out deformed and off color beans. The coffee is worth the little extra effort.

Classic full body low acidity Sumatran. I roast this dark with a full oily sheen--absolutely fantastic.

This is probably the worst coffee beans ever grown. I dark roasted the beans using a Nesco Roaster and it made a watery weak coffee. This is the bean roaster I've always used with excellent results. I'm beyond disappointed. The beans after roasting looked and smelled great, it just tasted like weak twice used coffee grounds.

I've bought several pounds of coffee from this vender some good some ok the price is good but the delivery is not 3 days more like 7 to 9 days but I've learned to adjust . i live on the west coast so it dose have to go a ways

The beans were of good quality, and they roasted well (Full City). The chaff generated was minimal: typical for Sumatra. I was mildly disappointed with the flavor depth, however. Having roasted Sumatra coffees for years, I have come to expect a strong but pleasant earthy bouquet, with hints of wild tropical vegetation. Those flavors were present, but to a lesser extent than usual. That said, I am happy to have bought these beans.
