this works
I have lumpy bumpy skin on my chin from spots as a teenager and wanted clearer skin. I saw this advertised in a magazine and wanted to give it a try. After about 4 weeks use of twice a day application my skin is very much better. The lumpy bumpy skin is becoming clearer and looks so much improved. The skin doesn't become too red and I feel it slightly itchy after application but not enough to annoy you. This really works and has helped get better skin on my chin.

This feels beautiful on the skin
This feels beautiful on the skin, not too tingly and definitely brightens the skin, am not sure about its wrinkle defeating powers though, you would probably have to use it for a few months to be certain , nice product though and prompt delivery.

THE best face cream I've EVER used!
I have used Retin-A for many years now and have been satisfied with it, but when my dermatologist recommended this product and said it was all I'd need to use, I decided to give it a try. I couldn't be happier with it! My face-cleaning routine has been cut in half because I don't even need to used moisturizers with this as I had to do with the Retin-A. It is thick and a little goes a long way. I live in the desert, so my skin tends toward dryness. I use this twice a day and have moist skin all day and night. My face feels so smooth and looks younger as well. It's a great product and costs a LOT less than some of the moisturizing creams I've been buying. I'm hooked!

helped my daughter when nothing else would
Using this every other day has helped my daughter tremendously. The face wash and toner can be pretty drying so this is a great addition. My daughter has been struggling for quite sometime with horrible acne on her back, chest and face. Embarrassed to wear tanks, and anything lower cut, swimsuits in the summer...it was sad. We had tried every treatment the doctors suggested (topicals, creams, anti biotics) nothing helped. We went to a dermatologist and she finally put her on Accutane which is a nightmare to even get if you are a woman, especially one in your teens. She took this for a few months and it was working wonderfully...then her blood tests came back that her liver enzymes were really high (shutting down high). So, they terminated that treatment. She was so upset. As a young girl I had the same issues...never on my chest and back though...but nothing worked. Until my mom purchased me a kit...it was called Aqua glycolic. It had a toner, a face wash and face cream. It helped me. Took a couple of months, but my face cleared up and only had minimal return. I searched everywhere for it...looked on here and found that it is now called Maderma. In fine print on the bottles it said "formerly aqua glycolic". I was skeptical, but ordered it all for her to try. It has been a couple of months and her face is clear. She has no more backne, or any breakouts on her chest.I will continue to buy this so long as it is available.

Aqua Glycolic vs. Mederma Face Cream
I used Aqua Glycolic daily for over 15 years and loved it, and I feel it was effective. I have also used most of one container of the new product now labeled Mederma. Everything I saw and heard said that it was the exact same product, just with a new label/name. Then I noticed the ingredient listing had changed. The reason I purchased Aqua Glycolic was for the Glycolic Acid which was advertised as 10%. On the Mederma label Glycolic Acid has been moved from being the fourth ingredient to being the eleventh ingredient. I called and spoke to a customer service representative and asked for the percentage of Glycolic Acid in Mederma and was told it was "proprietary information" and they couldn’t tell me. Before we ended the call she did say that she could tell me that it was the same product. However, personally I feel the new product isn’t the same. Since I’m paying for it and putting it on my face I feel the company has an obligation to tell users the percentage of Glycolic Acid in their product like other makers of face creams using Glycolic Acid. Ingredients in cosmetics should be declared in descending order of predominance. So since the main ingredient I wanted, Glycolic Acid, went from the fourth to the eleventh ingredient plus the fact they will not tell us the actual percentage of Glycolic Acid in Mederma, I find it highly likely that the percentage has been lowered and, therefore, I have lost all confidence in the new product because I do want a face cream with at least 10% Glycolic Acid, which is not hard to find. When it was Aqua Glycolic it was an amazing product.
