Lattafa Eclaire - Vanilla, Caramel, Sweet, Floral - Eau de Parfum Long-Lasting Fragrance for Women, 3.40 Ounce / 100 ml

When i tell you i am absolutely obsessed with this fragrance. I’ve been a bit wary of Lattafa as my first two blind buys were absolutely awful. But I impulsively bought this one bc it’s on sale and these are usually so expensive. I don’t really know how else to describe the smell as anything other than delectable. When you first spray it, it gives off a bit of an overwhelming scent, so you need to let it dry down. Once dried down it smells like such a sexy caramel, vanilla with the tiniest bit of spice. It lasts for hours on my clothes, and I always keep the actual bottle itself in my purse bc I am obsessed with the smell. The bottle is actually gorgeous too, I love seeing it on my vanity. Buy it, don’t buy it, I’m just glad that i finally had one of these turn out amazingly. I smell like such a sexy dessert. Will be buying more

I’ve been sampling a lot (an *obscene* amount) of fragrances lately, and Reddit kept mentioning Lattafa Eclaire as a dupe for the polarizing Bianco Latte (which I enjoy), and at this insanely low price point for 3.4 oz, I had to try it!Many reviews mention all kinds of terrible opening scents: alcohol, rubber tires, gasoline, burnt smell… I honestly didn’t get any of these! Maybe it depends on when your bottle was manufactured? I have a sample of Bianco Latte and I sprayed each of these 2 fragrances next to each other, first on a paper card and then my arms. Let me tell you - these smell THE SAME, from opening to dry down. Like 99% the same, to my nose. The initial 30 seconds is definitely a bit screechy, but it quickly settles into something extremely sweet and caramel-y and delicious.Eclaire is a *beast* though - one spray had my entire bathroom smelling edible for at least a few hours! Wears super long on your skin (and my skin eats fragrance so I rarely get to say that!) and even longer on your clothes. I would never pay Bianco Latte prices for a layering perfume but Eclaire’s price point makes it an excellent layering choice to sweeten up your other perfumes. Love the dry down on this as well. Vanilla goodness!Also, can we talk about how extra this bottle is? Comes well protected in a nice box (perfect for gifting), and the bottle itself is surprisingly heavy. It may not be the vibe for you minimalists out there but it’s fun.Definitely recommend for my fellow gourmand lovers out there - just don’t overspray or you’ll be giving yourself and those around you a headache!

I can’t stop smelling myself in this!!! It stays pretty strong for me for about 3 hours then slowly starts to fade into a softer smell but that’s also while I’m running around at work. I have never gotten so many compliments on how good I smell before!!! When I first opened and sprayed it, it was a little too sweet for me but after letting it sit and getting used to it, this is my go to fragrance now. It’s so gourmand and yummy. I did receive it open and the gold started to flake off but that’s whatever when I found my new fave! Even my boyfriend who doesn’t like fragrance will sniff my hoodie and has told me to never switch perfumes! I do think since the sweetness is a lot that layering with deeper scents will help. I use the eos cashmere vanilla lotion and the oakcha that girl viral vanilla or the bath and body works viva vanilla with it and it’s amazinggggg

This fragrance has a interesting composition. On me it takes on a sort of play dough smell in the middle but not in a bad way but odd. Then after the complete dry down it has a vanilla sugar cookie type scent. The important part is it very vanilla forward not really anything else. It does not have layers of scent it basically stays the same from the beginning to end. I will say that I layered it with Choco Musk and it took on a very nice coconut type scent. You can wear it anytime of the year really because it is an unassuming fragrance. The hype is over rated quite a bit. While it does smell good when you spray it in the air, it just isn’t that impressive on skin. One thing though it does last quite a bit on clothing until the next day.I have not smelled Bianco Latte , the fragrance it’s supposed to dupe. So I can’t say on similarities. Honestly Quissa Delicious, Choco Musk are 2 fragrances that smell better in my opinion and Warm Vanilla Sugar by Bath-and Body is way better on skin. If you have any of these fragrances you do not need to purchase this one.To be fair, these types of fragrances do need to sit awhile. So, I am going to let this macerate for a few weeks to see if it improves scent development. Then I will update review after progress.

I have never encountered a perfume this delicious, feminine, sweet and just absolutely decadent like this.This is only one out of two bottles that I have literally ran to purchase.If you wanna smell like an upscale dessert this is your perfume!!Whenever I wear it out and about I’ll naturally become accustomed to the scent after awhile but then I catch of whiff of myself and start wonderful around for whoever is wearing such a yummy perfume and then I’ll remember that it’s me and I’ll have to stop and just bask in the yumminess of this perfume.Also the bottle has a really good weight to it so you know it’s not basic plastic and it looks so pretty on your shelf! It’s such a pretty tan and gold bottle.

Hands down my BEST and most complimented perfume. I’ve NEVER had so many people stop me to ask what I’m wearing, or had so many go “someone smells good” and had it be me! I’ve legitimately had ladies in home goods stop in the aisle to ask me for the name/brand because they passed me and loved it so much!The smell is deeper and spicier than most of my other perfumes. Comparable to the Billie Eilish one, but with a deeper, more mature kind of feel? Definitely still a decadent gourmand. Definitely get this if you like classic cinnamon/vanilla scents.It lasts long, like 6+ hours on my skin. I go nose blind to it, but other people still compliment me well into the day. DEFINITELY worth the price. Even if you get it and don’t end up liking it, I can almost guarantee that SOMEONE in your life would love it as a gift. I am SO in love with this lol
