The eye massager is well designed and comfortable to wear with 4 massage modes but none could provide any dry eye relief at all for me. My eyes did not feel lighter or any different afterwards although the massage itself did feel a bit relaxing. Battery life was also a bit short around 90 minutes, item was returned.

I had an issue with my massager. The seller contacted me and sent me a replacement free of charge.Excellent customer service.

Don't waste your time. I got 5 use out of it till the massage function stopped working.

Product is ok, but need charge again after used for 3 times, the battery not long last. Not quite happy of this purchase.

Upon returning from travels and trying the eye massager for the first time, it bruised my eyes and emitted a constant grinding noise like the inside of a factory. Missed returns window and can't seem to reach seller or Amazon for refund. Dangerously defective. Very disappointed.
