A simple phrase I started saying when I was younger as a filler when I couldn't think of anything to say. Used it for a short pause to think of what I should say next instead of um. For instance, someone might say "Did you hear your friend was caught cheating on his wife?" and I would reply "Man O Man, now how am I suppose to act around him after hearing that?"
