It works!
As a parent with two young kids, my back is feeling it these days. This is a really, really use tool to boost support while taking on particularly intense activities. For example, I hurt my back late last summer painting our wood fence outside. I think just the mix of general fatigue and then an intensive exercise was too much and ended up with some severe muscle spasming. I ordered this and used it before shoveling about 8 inches of snow and I can already tell a noticeable difference. All that said, I like shoveling and tackling house projects and having a hurt back is no joke. I'm looking forward to having this tool to keep healthy while i do the things I love!

It works!!!
Sitting at my desk, all day for years has taken its toll on my shoulders, I currently have an impingement in my right one and have been in physical therapy for the past few weeks. This posture corrector puts my shoulders in correct alignment and stretches out my muscles. It feels a little weird at first until you realize that this is just how you should feel when sitting up straight and standing tall. Highly recommended, already feeling better after only a couple of days.

Hard to put on!
I like the straps because they are wide and soft. It is super hard to get on. I don’t wear it because of that.
