The material is very comfortable and breathable. I wear them everyday and it worked fine for me. In my opinion, they are made for women only not for men.

These are fairly nice sleeves and the price is phenomenal. But, they are not one size fits all. They do not fit a man's bicep unless he's very thin. They fit women well. My daughter thought they should have a thumb hole, but that doesn't seem right for sun sleeves. They do get a bit larger at the low end to accommodate putting them on the first part of the hand. Overall, they're a pretty good sleeve at a great price.
