We finally get Doc and Rose’s story!!!!This amazing couple is a large part of the founding family of Cerberus. Their story is heart wrenching but it also fills you with hope & happiness as you already know they get their version of a HEA. I love them even more than I did before.We get SO MUCH backstory to the start of Cerberus. TONS of action. I swear my heart stopped and then pounded so fast as parts. Because I’ve come to love this phenomenal group of people so much - I’m not ashamed I shed a few tears too. I also found myself smiling because for this core group - I know what their future holds.And yes, Marie writes book universes that make you feel like these characters are living, breathing people. Absolutely OUTSTANDING read!!!!!
