They arrive in Texas
I got the product at 4:45 p.m. by UPS. With two day shipping which I strongly recommend this speed. I had only two plants went into shock. Only repot 4 of the plants because of the soil running out.Eucalyptus is strong and vibrant and suffered no ill effects of being shipped. By far the largest of the plants. I give it a good 16 inches. I could smell it.Rosemary is strong and vibrant.Lavender is doing fine and actually bigger than the store bought.Sage look slightly wilted. I gave it some plant food with water. Like all previous plants I reported themDue to my limit resources and waiting for my payment next month. I would need to buy some potting soil. The Parsley looks great and I hope it can hold on to Monday I can get some potting soil. The mint was in the worse shape. Unfortunately I will probably report in November because the pot is in right size. It was wilted. I placed an n the window sill that gets the morning sun. No bigger than seedlings.Despite the Sage and Mint being wilted with no brown leaves. Very few yellow leaves. I extremely confident that the Mint will recover and the sage as well. However the Sage damage came from UPS handling because it was being crushed by the other plants. I am extremely glad you had rubber bands because the damage would had been worse.

What an utter disappointment...
I ordered a few 4-packs of Bonnie starter herbs & my first back (curly parsley) arrived in very nice condition. It was packaged extremely well with sturdy cups & each plant enclosed in its own plastic dome. I was anticipating this 6-pack to be the same. Boy was I wrong. The plants arrived on time & were brought in right away to be watered & put in a temporary sunny spot to let them regroup. I opened the box to find no nice plastic domes or even nice plastic cups. These came in tiny, brittle, thin, mostly all broken black nursery cups *stacked* on top of each other. In an effort to not squish the plants, each has a plastic "pole" with serves no other purpose. Each plant has a rubberband around the plant (!!!!!) to hold a layer of plastic wrapping around the nursery pots & plants. On top of that, a good amount of the seed starting mix was still spilled throughout the box. The parsley is in the compost pile as it was yellow & brown. The sage is barely alive & may not survive. The eucalyptus is puny & tiny. Overal, only the lavender appears to even have been grow well. This was almost a complete loss. Soooo not worth it for just some lavender that I had to scoop seed starting mix back into inside a tiny broken "pot" & contributions to my compost pile. Such a disappointment especially after the curly parsley arrived very nice.

100% Satisfaction :)
I bought two variety packs and one set of lavender, and I must say that every single plant is stunning and in excellent condition.I was aware that there was a chance of receiving unhealthy or dried out plants when I made the purchase. However, I live in eastern Connecticut, where the weather has been mild with rain on the day of delivery. This likely contributed to the healthy condition of the plants. They were also delivered two days earlier than the estimated date. The only suggestion I have to improve the company's waste management is regarding the information paper at the bottom of the box. It seems quite wasteful. I recommend taping it to an inner top section or inner side of the box. In my case, the paper was mostly destroyed by dirt and water.I will update this post if there are any new developments in the state of the plants in the coming days. Thanks!!!

I have mixed feelings
I have ordered the 6 variety of herbs twice now. The first time I received, rosemary, parsley, oregano, lavender, lemon balm, and mint. The oregano was half dead right away and died within a couple days. The parsley was only like 2 stems and they were broken so died. The mint was in horrible shape but I saved it. It was only one little stem now another sprouted. The lemon balm is doing great. Lavender died within 2 days. Rosemary had some black tips on a few leaves but is doing ok I guess. I placed a second order to give another chance and to see if you get other varieties. I received lavender again, lemon balm again, rosemary again, lemon verbena, garden sage, and eucalyptus. Rosemary had some root rot but I think I saved this one too. Lavender died immediately, garden sage came very wilted with little to no leaves and they were all black. I trimmed it up and it's perked up. Eucalyptus is 2ish stems and their leaves are half crispy. I'm waiting to see if it'll be okay. Lemon balm great again. Lemon verbena on the other hand is half dead Lea and other half yellow. I trimmed and now seeing what will make it. Not sure if they were already in poor condition before shipment or because of shipping. Hope everyone has better luck 🍀🤞
